Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a notification or tracking information depending on the delivery service used.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Estimated delivery times:
West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
East Malaysia: 5–8 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our books. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Kindly provide:
your order number
photos of the damaged item
a brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution where possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of printed books, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind.
Returns will only be considered in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work closely with our delivery partners, Alcove Works is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been shipped.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in checking with the courier.
